Less screen time.
No guilt.

Vuro has no hard blocks. Work, school, and sleep get their own push-back hours, and a weaning plan lowers your daily aim over time. Every gated moment opens the same short wait-timer, nothing more. Delete the app while your phone's in use and it texts the friends you picked at setup.

"We raise the social cost of quitting, not the cost of using."
The Vuro Principle

How Vuro works.

Push-back hours, not a lockout

Work/School and Sleep are already set up when you open the app. Stay under 10 minutes inside one of these windows and Vuro stays quiet. Go past that and you get a gentle nudge, a firmer one at 20 minutes, then the gate goes up for the rest of the window at 30.

A weaning plan, not a number

Tell Vuro what pulls at your attention, about how much time you spend there now, and where you'd like to land. It eases your daily aim down from the first number to the second, a little further each week.

One wait-timer for every gate

Push-back hour or daily aim, a blocked app always opens the same short countdown: 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes, your choice. No skipping, and it runs a bit longer each time you lean on it that day.

An accountability circle

Pick two or three people at setup. Delete Vuro while your phone is active and our server notices the silence and sends them the message you wrote, never your usage data.
