A brief delay

Tapping a blocked app opens a countdown timer of 15 to 60 seconds. This brief delay gives you time to decide if you really need to open the app.

An accountability circle

You choose two or three contacts. If you delete the app while your phone is active, our server detects the silence and texts them the message you wrote during setup. We never track or share your usage data.

No friction when off the clock

Vuro does nothing outside your focus hours or under your daily limit. There are no reminders or mindfulness prompts. Allowed time works exactly as normal.
